Thats me (jason Oliva) on the other side of the Ditch. This skate spot was through the woods and across a major highway near Watchung Hills Regional High School in New Jersey.
Rocky, Dan, Ben, Weep, Greg, Carl, Mike, James, The Mcdowall bros, Jimmy and Dennis Kane and all of The Raging Lamos attended this school and it is where most of us met.
Needless to say we would cut lunch once an awhile to get in some skating.Tine was limited and Weeps took the longest run’s imaginable. It could be kinda annoying but that was Weeps style he ruled all of these skate spots in New Jersey.

In the future they will be able to scrape enough dna off of New Jersey drainage ditches to clone an army of skateboarders.

Hey Hey Tommy
Too true about Weep. I think we all have begun to realise this site is one big love letter to him, and his life. I am getting geared up to bombard the site with alot of things related to Weep in the coming weeks so if you have any pictures or stories please email me with them.
Good to hear from you my Brutha!!!

I remember crashing at Tommy Miller’s dorm room at ASU in Saguaro Hall (pronnounced Sa-wah-row) on a last minute trip to Tempe with Weep in ‘89. It’s weird to think I live a mile from there now.
The Ghosts of the Past have been spreaded from coast to coast.

Damn-
Weep and I skated that ditch the last day of high school. I only saw him maybe twice after that. Amazing how everything evolves. I have a ton of old Weep photos. Let me know where to dump em Jason.
